Job summary

Kevin Edward Associates is seeking a CRM Coordinator to join our data quality and Salesforce team on a 12-month fixed term contract in Cannock with hybrid working (3 days in Cannock, 2 days at home).

You will cleanse and validate large CRM datasets, drive CRM governance, ensure GDPR compliance and support data quality across the business. Salesforce experience is essential and you’ll collaborate with Sales and Marketing to improve data accuracy and usage.

Qualifications

• Experience working with Salesforce data in a CRM environment.
• Ability to cleanse and validate large datasets to a high standard.
• Understanding of data governance and GDPR principles.

Responsibilities

• Cleansing, validating and maintaining large volumes of CRM data.
• Identify duplicates and outdated records to improve data quality.
• Support CRM governance and promote data quality best practices.
• Extract and prepare CRM data for marketing and commercial activities.
• Produce reports and highlight areas for data quality improvements.
