Job summary

Acorns Children’s Hospice is seeking a proactive CRM Data Project Lead to shape the next phase of our fundraising CRM development. You will own data deliverables and work with Fundraising and Data & Insight to improve CRM, data quality and reporting.

This hands-on role requires strong CRM and data experience, problem-solving, and the ability to coordinate across stakeholders to deliver practical, sustainable improvements within a 12-month contract.

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on CRM and data experience.
• Experience with data quality, cleansing, and reporting.
• Ability to plan and deliver work against milestones and manage dependencies.

Responsibilities

• Own agreed data and CRM deliverables with the CRM Project Manager and stakeholders.
• Shape and improve CRM and data foundations, ensuring robust, sustainable solutions.
• Lead milestones within the CRM roadmap and coordinate with multiple teams to deliver improvements.
• Collaborate across Fundraising, Data & Insight and Digital to translate business needs into practical CRM/data changes.
• Support testing, documentation, training and knowledge sharing to embed new processes.
