The Vanguard Group is seeking a CRM Analyst to shape how our European business uses CRM data to engage clients and intermediaries. You will champion data quality, CRM adoption, and actionable insights that drive decision-making across sales, marketing and operations.

You will translate complex business needs into practical CRM improvements, build reporting and dashboards, and collaborate with product and technology teams to deliver measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in CRM, business analysis, client analytics or distribution support.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 would be highly beneficial.
• Ability to gather requirements, map processes and convert business needs into practical CRM improvements.
• Experience developing reporting, dashboards and client insight initiatives.
• Confident leading calls and workshops with stakeholders across regions.

Responsabilités

• Act as a trusted CRM contact for Distribution, Marketing, Data & Analytics, Operations and regional client-facing teams.
• Translate CRM data into actionable insight that supports marketing, sales and leadership.
• Develop and improve reporting, dashboards and views for visibility into engagement and outcomes.
• Support data governance and CRM data quality improvement efforts.
• Lead meetings and workshops to drive clear decisions and actions.
