Job summary

Vanguard is seeking a CRM Analyst to turn data into insight and drive business impact across Europe. You will collaborate with sales, marketing and stakeholders to champion data quality, adoption and practical CRM improvements.

Based in the UK with hybrid work, you will translate requirements into actionable solutions, develop dashboards, and lead workshops to deliver measurable value. Experience in CRM analytics and MS Dynamics 365 is preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in CRM, business analysis and client analytics.
• Experience with CRM systems and data-driven insights.
• Ability to gather requirements, map processes and deliver practical CRM improvements.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted CRM contact for Distribution, Marketing, Data & Analytics, Operations and regional teams.
• Translate CRM data into actionable insights to support marketing, sales and leadership.
• Develop reporting, dashboards and views to provide visibility into client engagement and outcomes.
• Identify opportunities to simplify processes and increase CRM adoption, including AI-enabled use cases.
• Support requirements, UAT, releases, change adoption and CRM enhancements.
