Job summary

Womble Bond Dickinson (UK) LLP is seeking a CRM & Reporting Executive to maintain datasets, produce reports and dashboards, and support data systems governance. The role involves assisting with Dynamics backend processing to ensure data integrity and user adoption across the business development function.

The successful candidate will have proven reporting experience, strong Excel skills, and the ability to work across multiple priorities in a professional services environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a data, reporting or information-focused role within a professional services or commercial environment.
• Proven ability to produce accurate reports, dashboards or performance metrics, using Excel or similar tools.
• Experience analysing data to identify trends and insights that inform business or client activity.
• Confident use of business systems or databases (e.g. CRM, reporting or finance systems), with a strong focus on data quality.
• Experience supporting business development, client-facing or revenue-related activity through data or reporting.
• Demonstrable ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines and organise workload effectively.
• Clear written communication skills, with experience producing reports, guidance notes or documented processes.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high-quality datasets and ensure data integrity across key systems.
• Deliver routine and ad-hoc reporting and dashboards for stakeholders.
• Support configuration and administration of key data systems with attention to governance and compliance.
• Help internal stakeholders make better use of data and drive data-driven decisions.
• Support the back end processing of Microsoft Dynamics to maintain data integrity and adoption.
• Assist in driving user adoption and resolving data-related queries; contribute to system improvements.
