Living Goods is seeking a Manager of Business Development Operations. This fully remote role (preferably UK) leads CRM deployment (Microsoft Dynamics 365), data governance, and workflow design to empower the fundraising team and leadership with actionable dashboards and reports.

You will build processes, train teams, and manage adoption across Finance, Programs, and Digital Transformation, ensuring clean data, timely reporting, and scalable operations.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, nonprofit management, or related field.
• Experience owning or administering a CRM (5–7 years preferred).
• Experience deploying CRM with testing, training, and user adoption.

Responsabilidades

• Lead deployment of the optimized CRM with internal tech team; own rollout plan including UAT, data migration, training, go-live & post-launch support.
• Oversee donor/funder data, ensure clean tracking, segmentation & reporting; set data governance standards.
• Drive CRM adoption through training, guides, and change management; monitor usage for gaps.
• Lead deployment of project management software for proposal development, grant reporting & deadline tracking; train & drive adoption.
• Produce BD reporting suite: fundraising dashboards, Board reports, and portfolio reviews; analyze revenue trends for leadership.
• Design/refine BD workflows, including prospecting, proposals, and cross‑functional handoffs.
