Job summary

Pulse Group is seeking a Solution Architect – CRM & Customer Data to drive a major digital and customer transformation. This is a pure architecture role with no coding, focusing on the CRM and customer data landscape and shaping the future of large-scale customer technology programmes.

You will build a Customer 360 view, design CRM/CDP architectures, manage identity/consent/segmentation, and enable loyalty and personalisation capabilities across multiple channels and markets.

Qualifications

• Experience in CRM, CDP transformation and customer data projects.
• Retail/ecommerce or large-scale B2C experience preferred.
• Pure architecture role, no coding.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable CRM and CDP architectures.
• Define Customer 360 / single customer view.
• Oversee data integration across channels and platforms.
• Assist in technology and product selection.
• Collaborate across Salesforce, Databricks and ecosystems.
