Job summary

boohooMAN, part of Debenhams Group, is seeking a CRM Executive in Manchester to lead cross-channel customer communications across email, push and SMS. You will work across lifecycle, loyalty, retention and brand initiatives to drive value and loyalty from customers using Bloomreach.

You will collaborate with marketing, trade, brand, design and analytics to ensure timely, on-brand campaigns and impactful customer experiences in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering CRM communications across email, push and SMS.
• Ability to plan and execute cross-channel campaigns with data-driven insights.
• Strong collaboration with marketing, trade, brand, design and analytics teams.

Responsibilities

• Co-ordinate with marketing and merchandising to create and deliver a campaign content plan across global markets.
• Ensure communications on email, mobile push notifications and SMS are on-brand, accurate and timely.
• Support delivery of other CRM channels and segmentation strategies to maximise engagement and conversion.
• Develop engaging content to drive acquisition, retention and reactivation, aiming to exceed KPIs.
• Review campaign performance and report insights to stakeholders.
• Monitor channel deliverability and participate in ad hoc segmentation/targeting projects.
