Job summary

Debenhams Group is seeking an experienced CRM Executive to join our team on a 3-month fixed-term contract to support the peak trading period. You will deliver high-impact multichannel campaigns across email, mobile push notifications, and SMS to drive engagement, retention, and conversion.

Qualifications

Hands-on CRM, email marketing or digital campaigns experience in retail or e-commerce.
Experience with Bloomreach or similar ESP/CDP platforms.
Strong knowledge of email marketing best practices, audience segmentation, A/B testing and deliverability.
Team player with a proactive attitude.
Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
Genuine interest in fashion and retail.

Responsibilities

Coordinate with marketing and merchandising to plan and deliver campaigns across global markets.
Ensure all communications across email, mobile push notifications, and SMS are on-brand, accurate, relevant, and timely.
Develop targeted segmentation strategies to boost engagement and conversions.
Create engaging content to drive acquisition, retention and reactivation.
Analyze campaign performance and report insights and deliverability metrics.
Support additional CRM channels and advanced targeting projects.
Utilise Bloomreach to build, schedule, and optimise automated journeys and campaigns.
