Job summary

Trade Nation in London seeks a Lifecycle Marketing Specialist to execute CRM programmes guiding customers from sign-up through first deposit and active trading. You will build journeys in HubSpot, coordinate with Lifecycle, Product, Data, Sales and Compliance to deliver compliant communications on time.

You will manage activation, retention and re-engagement campaigns, monitor performance, and maintain calendars while ensuring messaging aligns with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience running CRM campaigns across multiple channels.
• Ability to design and optimize customer journeys.
• Familiarity with marketing automation and data-driven testing.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute lifecycle campaigns across activation, retention and reactivation.
• Implement customer journeys in HubSpot with triggers and automation.
• Support onboarding, activation and re-engagement programmes.
• Maintain CRM calendars and ensure on-time delivery.
• Ensure compliance in communications across jurisdictions.
• Collaborate with Data, Sales and Compliance teams.
• Monitor performance and optimise through testing.
• Coordinate messaging with Sales and Lifecycle teams.
