As a pioneer and market leader in dental implantology, we have expanded our product portfolio to include tooth preservation, regeneration, restoration, orthodontics with transparent aligner trays, and more.

As part of our Commercial Excellence team in the Northern European Hub (NEH), we are seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst passionate about transforming data into insights, data architecture, and process optimization. This role involves responsibilities across CRM, data quality, AI-driven innovation, and market intelligence. You will work hands-on with Salesforce, supporting users and platform development. If you are data-minded, driven, and eager to learn, this is a great opportunity to grow within a forward-thinking team supporting multiple geographies and business units.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support daily operations, development, and optimization of CRM systems including Salesforce and Pitcher platforms.
  • Participate with global and regional teams in testing new features and improving platforms.
  • Provide end-user support and contribute to capability-building initiatives and training.
  • Analyze and share data to understand platform adoption, customer engagement, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Identify behavioral trends to support go-to-market strategies.
Data Quality & Integrity
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness of CRM data across SAP CRM and Salesforce.
  • Conduct data quality checks, monitor tools, and support data cleansing initiatives.
  • Collaborate on data ownership and governance best practices.
Business Intelligence & Reporting
  • Design and deliver reports and dashboards using Power BI and Salesforce Analytics (CRMA).
  • Analyze data to generate actionable insights.
AI & Digital Tools
  • Leverage AI solutions to enhance performance tracking and decision-making.
  • Automate routine reports and explore new tools for BI/CRM ecosystem integration.
Market Intelligence & Strategy Support
  • Gather and analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs.
  • Develop market insight reports and dashboards.
  • Support strategic reviews, planning, and GTM initiatives using internal and external data.
Who You Are
  • Driven, analytical, curious about data, with problem-solving enthusiasm.
  • Excellent communicator capable of explaining insights to diverse audiences.
  • Passionate about data, BI, and digital transformation.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, data & tech, or related field.
  • Ability to adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, SAP CRM), Power BI, Alteryx, or similar.
  • Previous roles in data analysis, sales operations, or related fields.
  • Exposure to AI tools, data modeling, and automation technologies.
