As a pioneer in dental implantology, we have expanded into all areas of aesthetic dentistry, including tooth preservation, regeneration, restoration, orthodontics, and more.

Based in our Northern European Hub (NEH), we seek a Business Intelligence Analyst passionate about transforming data into insights, data architecture, and process optimization. This role involves responsibilities across CRM, data quality, AI-driven innovation, and market intelligence, with hands-on work on Salesforce supporting users and platform development. If you're data-minded, driven, and eager to learn, this is a great opportunity to grow within a forward-thinking team supporting multiple geographies and business units.

Key Responsibilities
  1. CRM Management & Commercial Analytics
  2. Support daily operations, development, and optimization of CRM systems including Salesforce and Pitcher platforms.
  3. Participate with global/regional teams in testing new features and platform improvements.
  4. Provide support and training to end users, and contribute to capability-building initiatives.
  5. Analyze data to understand platform adoption, customer engagement, and campaign effectiveness.
  6. Identify behavioral trends to support go-to-market strategies.
Data Quality & Integrity
  1. Ensure accuracy and completeness of CRM data across SAP CRM and Salesforce.
  2. Run data quality checks, monitor data health, and support data cleansing initiatives.
  3. Collaborate with users on data ownership and governance best practices.
Business Intelligence & Reporting
  1. Design and deliver reports and dashboards using Power BI and Salesforce Analytics (CRMA).
  2. Analyze data to generate actionable insights.
AI & Digital Tools
  1. Leverage AI solutions for predictive analytics, automated insights, and anomaly detection.
  2. Explore automation opportunities for routine reports and processes.
  3. Stay updated on emerging tools and assist in their integration into BI/CRM systems.
Market Intelligence & Strategy Support
  1. Collect and analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs.
  2. Support creation of market insight reports and dashboards.
  3. Assist in strategic reviews, planning, and go-to-market activities using internal and external data.
Who You Are
  • Driven, analytical, curious about data, with problem-solving enthusiasm.
  • Excellent communicator capable of explaining insights to diverse audiences.
  • Passionate about data, BI, and digital transformation.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, data & tech, or related field.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adapt to change.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, SAP CRM), Power BI, Alteryx, or similar tools.
  • Previous data/analyst/sales operations experience.
  • Exposure to AI tools, data modeling, and automation technologies.
