As a pioneer in dental implantology, we have expanded our product portfolio to cover all areas of aesthetic dentistry, including tooth preservation, regeneration, restoration, orthodontics, and more.

We are seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to join our Commercial Excellence team in the Northern European Hub (NEH). This role involves transforming data into insights, managing data architecture, and optimizing processes. You will work hands-on with Salesforce and support multiple geographies and business units, making it a great opportunity for data-minded, driven individuals eager to learn.

Key Responsibilities
  1. CRM Management & Commercial Analytics
  2. Support daily operations, development, and optimization of CRM systems including Salesforce and Pitcher platforms.
  3. Participate in testing new features and platform improvements with global/regional teams.
  4. Provide user support and contribute to capability-building and training initiatives.
  5. Analyze data to understand platform adoption, customer engagement, and campaign effectiveness.
  6. Identify behavioral trends to support go-to-market strategies.
  1. Data Quality & Integrity
  2. Ensure accuracy and consistency of CRM data across SAP CRM and Salesforce.
  3. Conduct data quality checks, monitor data health, and support cleansing initiatives.
  4. Collaborate with users to promote data ownership and governance best practices.
  1. Business Intelligence & Reporting
  2. Design and deliver reports and dashboards using Power BI and Salesforce Analytics (CRMA).
  3. Analyze operational data to generate actionable insights.
  1. AI & Digital Tools
  2. Leverage AI solutions to enhance decision-making and process optimization.
  3. Explore automation opportunities for reports and processes.
  4. Stay updated on emerging tools and integrate them into our BI/CRM ecosystem.
  1. Market Intelligence & Strategy Support
  2. Collect and analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs.
  3. Support development of market insights and dashboards.
  4. Assist in strategic reviews, planning, and go-to-market activities using internal and external data.
Who You Are
  • Driven, analytical, curious about data, and eager to learn and solve problems.
  • Effective communicator capable of explaining data insights to diverse audiences.
  • Passionate about data, business intelligence, and digital transformation.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, data & tech, or related field.
  • Adaptable to dynamic, fast-paced environments with changing priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, SAP CRM), Power BI, Alteryx, or similar tools.
  • Previous roles in data analysis, sales operations, or related fields.
  • Exposure to AI tools, data modeling, and automation technologies.
