Role Overview

The CRM Analyst will play a critical role in designing, building, and maintaining scalable data assets to support customer growth across money and mobile sectors. This includes building data pipelines, integrating CRM data from multiple sources, and collaborating with analysts, data scientists, and vendors to innovate data management and delivery using modern cloud tools.

Responsibilities

1. Develop scalable data pipelines for CRM data ingestion and transformation from various systems.
2. Collaborate with CRM, marketing, digital, and commercial teams to understand data needs and deliver structured data assets.
3. Partner with external vendors to integrate datasets, ensuring data quality and reliability.
4. Maintain data solutions using Databricks, Azure ADF, and Blob Storage for performance and scalability.
5. Automate data workflows with Python scripts.
6. Make curated datasets accessible via Databricks or Power BI, collaborating with analysts and data scientists.
7. Apply data governance, quality, and security best practices, especially for PII.
8. Support development of a self-service, consistent data platform for Asda Money & Mobile.

Required Skills & Experience

1. Experience building data pipelines with Databricks, Azure ADF, Blob Storage or similar frameworks.
2. Strong SQL skills for data extraction and transformation.
3. Proficiency in Python for scripting and automation.
4. Knowledge of CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) is desirable.
5. Familiarity with Azure cloud services, data lakes, and warehouses.
6. Experience working with diverse data formats and APIs.
7. Excellent collaboration and communication skills across teams.
