Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions seeks a Critical Services Shift Technician in Redhill to perform day-to-day work orders and maintain critical client environments. The role requires ensuring timely completion and high customer satisfaction while adhering to company procedures.

The position involves 2on/2off, 3on/2off, 2on/3off shift patterns (0700-1900) and demands strong fault-finding skills, electrical knowledge and effective communication with clients and management.

Qualifications

• Qualified in Electrical discipline, with minimum City & Guilds or equivalent.
• Strong faultfinding and maintenance skills in electrical/mechanical systems.
• Excellent administrative abilities and computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Qualify and act as an appointed Authorized Person (AP) within 6 months from onboarding.
• Maintain up-to-date logs of work completed and outstanding items.
• Ensure contractors and staff comply with safety and security requirements.
• Operate as part of the critical services team to resolve issues.
• Log and action all incidents and complete maintenance records.
