Job summary

East and North Hertfordshire Teaching NHS Trust is recruiting Registered Nurses to join a 20-bed Critical Care unit at The Lister Hospital, Stevenage, to provide outstanding, patient-centered care and to support professional development.

You will work under supervision with opportunities to advance KSFs towards autonomy, contribute to safe patient care, and assist in training less experienced staff while aligning with Trust values of Include, Respect and Improve.

Qualifications

• RGN with current UK professional registration.
• Willingness to complete Diploma/Degree in Critical Care Nursing.
• Experience or interest in critical care nursing and KSFs.

Responsibilities

• Manage ventilated, haemofiltered and acutely unwell patients under supervision.
• Support Nurse Team Leaders and Managers in training junior staff.
• Deliver high-quality patient care and participate in revalidation and ongoing education.
