The role involves rotation across Critical Care areas, including night shifts, and a commitment to professional development within the Trust, supported by a dedicated practice educator and flexible working

Formación

• Registration with Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) in the UK.
• Evidence-based practice and high standards of patient-centred care.
• Good communication and teamwork in a critical care setting.

Responsabilidades

• Provide specialist nursing care for critically ill patients and their families.
• Deliver care in alignment with NMC codes and Trust policies.
• Participate in rotational programme including nights and continued education.
