Job Overview

This exciting Band 6 opportunity will develop your leadership and management skills within our proactive multi-disciplinary team. We will offer you the following routes to develop within our teams: in house shift leader development programme depending on unit specialty, education relevant to the specialty with university accreditation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high quality, effective, individualised care to all patients that is compassionate and caring; assess care needs and develop, implement, and evaluate care plans without supervision.
  • Assist in leading and monitoring the performance of the nursing team.
  • Deputise for the senior nurse when required.
