NELFT NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced mental health professional to join the Acute Crisis Response Service as a Band 7 Clinical Lead. This senior role provides clinical and operational leadership across the Integrated Crisis Assessment Hub and crisis pathways to ensure safe, timely crisis care.

The post is based in Ilford, Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 5.00pm, with a focus on gatekeeping, bed management, and partnership working with emergency services and AMHPs to maintain patient

Qualificações

• Registered mental health professional with leadership experience.
• Experience in crisis care settings.
• Ability to manage patient flow and bed management.
• Strong governance, audits and KPI focus.
• Excellent collaboration with emergency services and AMHPs.

Responsabilidades

• Provide clinical and operational leadership for ICAH.
• Gatekeep referrals and triage for access to services.
• Oversee bed management and patient flow across acute services.
• Lead supervision, training and staff development.
• Ensure compliance with safeguarding, risk management and information governance.
• Engage with partner agencies to improve crisis pathways.
