Tees Esk and Wear Valleys NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Team Manager (Clinical) for our Crisis Services. The role is based in Ripon with travel to Harrogate as needed, guiding a dedicated team to deliver safe, high‑quality care and staff development.

The post requires strong clinical leadership, regulatory knowledge, and experience supervising teams across complex needs in mental health settings. An eligibility assessment for UKVI sponsorship may apply.

Qualificações

• Current professional registration with an appropriate healthcare or social work body.
• Master's level qualification or equivalent leadership experience in practice.
• Significant experience managing people in clinical settings.
• Trained in Clinical Supervision and providing supervision.
• Recognised Practice Assessor/Practice Supervisor status.

Responsabilidades

• Provide operational management of the team with accountability for high professional standards.
• Ensure the clinical crisis pathway is followed and service delivery is safe and effective.
• Oversee budget management, HR processes, and lead the team within urgent care services.
