Job summary

Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership Trust in Coventry is seeking Band 3 Support Workers to join the Adult Crisis Resolution and Home Treatment Team. You will work with adults in crisis to support recovery, risk management, and community-based care, helping people remain safely at home where possible.

This community role requires flexible hours across a 24/7 rota, including nights and weekends. A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for business use are essential.

• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, recovery-focused environment.
• Willingness to travel across Coventry and work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Support adults experiencing mental health crises in their home and community.
• Contribute to risk monitoring and ongoing support planning under supervision.
• Work within a 24/7 multidisciplinary team to deliver recovery-focused care.
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to care coordination.
