Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership NHS Trust is seeking Band 3 Support Workers to join the Adult Crisis Resolution and Home Treatment Team in Coventry. The role involves delivering 24/7, recovery-focused support to people experiencing acute mental health crises in their homes and local communities, helping them stay safe and avoid hospital admission.

You will work under the supervision of registered mental health professionals, travel across Coventry, and cover a 24/7 rota including nights

Formación

• Experience of working with adults with mental health issues.
• Full driving licence and access to a vehicle for business use.
• Compassionate, resilient and committed to crisis response.

Responsabilidades

• Provide recovery-focused, trauma-informed care to service users in their homes and in community settings.
• Support care delivery, monitor risk and assist with care planning under supervision.
• Work as part of a 24/7 rota, including nights and weekends.
