Job summary

Qualifications

• Qualified and registered professional in nursing, OT, or social work.
• Experience in acute mental health settings and crisis response.
• Knowledge of safeguarding and mental health legislation.

Responsibilities

• Prioritise and respond to CRHTT referrals with safety and timely response.
• Provide intensive crisis resolution and home treatment to adults 18+.
• Conduct psychosocial and risk assessments and develop care plans.
• Lead daily team activities, manage referrals, and support discharge planning.
• Provide clinical supervision and support to junior staff and students.
• Maintain accurate records and liaise with partner agencies.
• Contribute to governance, service development and audits.
