The Lancashire & South Cumbria NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Registered Mental Health Nurse, Social Worker or Occupational Therapist to join the Pennine West Home Based Treatment Team in Blackburn. You will provide care and treatment for service users in acute mental health crisis at home, supporting carers and families with psychosocial interventions.

• Essential: Registered Mental Health Practitioner.
• Desirable: Practice teacher qualification/student supervisor.
• Applicants must have current UK professional registration.
