Job summary

Pennine Care NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting a Crisis Care CAMHS Mental Health Practitioner (Band 6) based at Heathfield House, Stockport. You will provide crisis assessment, brief interventions, and signposting for children and young people, working within Home Treatment, Rapid Response and Paediatric Liaison teams across the Pennine Care footprint.

Qualifications

• Registered professionals (Nursing, Social Work or Occupational Therapy) to work in CAMHS crisis settings.
• Experience in crisis care within CAMHS or similar services is preferred.
• Willingness to travel across the Pennine Care footprint and work across pathways to support young people and families.

Responsibilities

• Assess, support, and signpost young people in crisis and provide brief therapeutic interventions where appropriate.
• Work within CYP crisis teams including Home Treatment, Rapid Response and Enhanced Rapid Response Paediatric Liaison.
• Based at Heathfield House, Stockport, with travel across the Pennine Care footprint.
