Responsibilities

• Holistic assessment, intervention planning and care planning for caseload.
• Act as care coordinator within a recovery/social inclusion framework.
• Administer depot medication for clients unable to attend clinic (nursing-specific).
• Supervise staff and students on placement.
• Work within Mental Health Law policies and MDT structures.
