Surrey Police Service in Guildford is hiring a Caseworker to support policing-related casework with professional, customer-focused service. You will manage digital case files, maintain databases, and coordinate with CPS, HMCTS and Probation Services to progress live cases.

Based at Guildford Police Station, you may work from home some of the time. The role emphasises data quality, deadlines, and collaborative working with police colleagues and external partners, ensuring timely, accurate case

Responsabilités

• Proven ability to work to strict deadlines, managing a high personal workload whilst balancing competing demands with minimal supervision.
• Experience of collating and maintaining digital records and databases to a high standard of data quality, ensuring information can be easily and promptly retrieve.
• Good interpersonal and teamwork skills, with a customer-focused approach. Ability to deal with enquiries effectively and, where appropriate, influence and negotiate with policing colleagues and external partner agencies, both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to use and maintain internal police databases accurately and effectively.
• Ability to quickly develop a working knowledge of Surrey Police's structure, administrative policies and practices, together with an understanding of evidential requirements.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records in a high-volume administrative environment.
