Aramark Northern Europe are recruiting for a Logistics Coordinator to join the team in our Aberdeen Office on a full-time basis.

The role supports logistics within the Global Energy contracts and involves daily crew planning, system tracking, and coordination with client representatives.

Qualifications

• Previous working experience as a Logistics Coordinator preferable.
• Familiarity with logistics and supply chain principles.
• Outstanding organizational skills and time management.

Responsabilités

• Daily review of crew requirements for short-term and forward planning.
• Manage systems and tracking documents (Vantage, Centic, Excel).
• Action calls, note absences, provide cover, update HR/Payroll.
• Support Operations Managers on daily requirements.
• Interface with client representatives for flight information.

Job Description

Aramark Northern Europe are currently recruiting for a Logistics Coordinator to join the Team in our Aberdeen Office on a wide range of key client contracts. This key role will support the overall logistics within the Global Energy business and is a full-time role.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Daily review of crew requirements covering off short term requirements and forward planning to cater for all holiday, long term sick, fluctuation in manning requirements etc
• Manage and support all systems from Vantage / Centic App / Excel tracking documents
• Action all calls to note all absence / provide cover and update HR / Payroll
• Provide support to Operations Mangers on daily requirements
• Interface with Client representatives to obtain flight information
• Support on-call out of hours service on a rotational basis

Qualifications

Candidate Requirements

• Previous working experience as a Logistics Coordinator preferable
• Additional experience in supply chain or logistics is a plus
• Familiarity with relevant rules, regulations, and standards
• Outstanding organizational skills
• Good time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritise and multi-task
