Job summary

MOXY Hotels is seeking a guest‑focused team member to join our vibrant property in Chester. You will help guests, manage room inventory, and ensure a seamless MOXY experience across food and beverage outlets.

We value high energy, clear communication, and the ability to multitask while maintaining excellent service standards. Familiarity with Opera or Micros is a plus, and English fluency is essential for guest interactions.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests and create positive experiences.
• Manage room inventory and guest check‑in/check‑out in the MOXY way.
• Operate Food & Beverage outlets and service points.
• Handle bills and payments accurately.
• Prepare food, maintain cleanliness, restock, and manage back‑of‑house areas.
• Follow food safety, licensing and health and safety policies.
• Support other crew members and follow directions from crew leaders.
• Promote the MOXY brand and Marriott Bonvoy loyalty program.

• Supporting other Crew Members and follow direction from Crew Leaders
• Promote and support the Moxy brand & the Marriott Bonvoy loyalty program

Main Tasks & Responsibilities

Useful Experience

• Experience within the service industry
• Knowledge of hotel systems such as Opera and/or Micros
• Knowledge of Food Safety & Licensing laws
• Personal experience of travel and travel industry
