Job description

Contract Type: Permanent

Working Hours: 37 hours per week - 1 Post

Worker Type: Onsite Worker

Salary: Starting Salary is £37,563 Level One rising to £40,444 (Level four) per annum (pro rata for part-time)

Location: Wilford Hill Crematorium, Loughborough Road, West Bridgford, Nottingham NG2 7FE

About the Role

As Crematorium Manager, you will oversee the delivery of respectful and legally compliant cremation services. You will manage frontline staff, ensure high standards of customer care and maintain operational excellence in line with environmental and health & safety regulations. You will also contribute to commercial development and performance reporting across Bereavement Services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead daily operations of the crematorium, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and environmental standards.
