Raylo is redefining how technology is accessed through subscription, AI-powered decisioning, and a scalable data platform. We are seeking a mid-level IC with senior exposure to help optimize approvals for existing customers and drive growth using AI-enabled analytics.

The role blends strategy, analytics, and product/data responsibilities in a fast-moving environment. Hybrid working includes our London Bridge office and remote collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in strategy, analytics, or product/data roles.
• 2:1 or higher from a top university, ideally STEM or analytically oriented.
• Hands-on daily use of AI tools (Claude, Copilot) to speed insight-to-action.
• Strong SQL; Python experience is a plus.
• Proven ability to move from ambiguous problems to measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic projects to optimise approval rates for existing customers.
• Investigate key drivers of performance and identify opportunities.
• Use AI to boost your analytical capabilities and drive innovation in monitoring, automation, and decision making.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering on technical design of rule changes and data sources.
• Partner with Growth and Marketing teams to create seamless positive experiences and reduce friction.
• Design scalable data frameworks and tracking systems to support smarter decisions.
