Job summary

VF is seeking an outstanding Credit Risk Manager to lead the Risk and Data Integrity team in the EMEA region from Calverton, Nottingham. The role governs credit risk strategies, ensures robust data quality, and drives growth with a focus on automation and AI-enabled processes.

You will manage a team, conduct risk analyses, and present findings to stakeholders while implementing policy improvements and training across the department.

Qualifications

• Experience in credit risk modelling with IFRS 9 focus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Proven leadership of teams and projects in risk/data fields.
• Ability to make decisions, be assertive and adaptable.
• Stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Knowledge of BI tools and AI-enabled processes is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee the credit risk strategy and policy for EMEA.
• Analyse customer financials and perform stress testing.
• Supervise new account risk analyses and data quality across VF's EMEA business.
• Lead risk meetings with internal and external stakeholders and report macro data.
• Provide training on systems and risk processes to the team and partners.
• Explore AI-enhanced, automated processes to improve efficiency.
