Job summary

VF is seeking an experienced Credit Reporting Manager to lead the Credit Reporting Team on a hybrid basis, delivering high-quality MI, KPIs and data-driven insights to support strategic decisions. You will manage a team, develop reports using Cognos and BI tools, coordinate with Finance and Credit, and drive automation and data integrity across the function.

Based in Calverton, Nottingham, you will work 36.25 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with three days on site and two remote.

Qualifications

• Experience using Cognos to design and deliver management information.
• Strong data visualization skills with BI tools.
• Working knowledge of SQL; Python or automation tools advantageous.
• Advanced Excel skills including VBA and macros.
• Experience creating and managing datasets and databases.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform.
• Ability to translate data from multiple sources into clear insights.
• Attention to detail with data integrity.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, delivery, maintenance and analysis of high-quality MI reports.
• Develop and produce accurate Credit and MI reports for senior management.
• Identify requirements for new and enhanced reporting using stakeholder feedback.
• Oversee reporting team workload and prioritisation.
• Drive automation and use of AI-enabled tools where appropriate.
• Ensure data accuracy and actionable analyses across the function.
• Oversee creation and maintenance of dashboards, formats and outputs.
• Support complex ad hoc analytical projects.
