• Lead the design, delivery, maintenance and analysis of management information.
• Develop and produce accurate Credit and MI reports.
• Provide KPI analysis to support senior management decisions.
• Oversee reporting formats, dashboards and automated data outputs.
• Escalation point for reporting and data issues.
