Job summary

VF CORPORATION is seeking a Credit Risk Manager to lead the Risk and Data Integrity team in the EMEA region. You will shape credit risk strategy, assess customer financials, and oversee new account risk analysis across VF's EMEA business while driving data quality improvements.

The role requires building robust risk processes, mentoring team members, and leveraging BI/tools to enable safer growth and smarter decision-making.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of credit risk and modelling, IFRS 9.

Responsibilities

• As Credit Risk Manager you will be managing the credit risk strategies of VF's EMEA Credit Department, including the protection of the debtor asset and optimising commercial growth.
• Conduct regular risk meetings with internal and external stakeholders, including updates on macro-economic data.
• Provide specialised training on systems and risk related processes to the Credit Department and external stakeholders.
• Explore new ways of working using AI to automate repetitive and time-consuming parts of processes.
