Company Description
Our Credit Risk Analysts are key to analysing our data to make sure we can maximise the number of connections onto our network, while highlighting risks and offering potential solutions.
Credit Risk plays a pivotal role in preventing applicants with a high propensity for Fraud or Bad Debt from connecting onto the network, while ensuring we take on as many connections as possible. You will be part of the team controlling the “First Bill Not Paid” rate for new connections, providing feedback on new device performance and areas for improvement, as well as reporting on the performance of our sales channels. This information is highly visible across the business and to our shareholders.
The successful candidate will use their SAS & Excel skills to proactively analyse, interpret trend information, and communicate key messages, while making robust recommendations to senior management. Outside-the-box thinking is essential!
