Job summary

Allianz UK is seeking a Credit Management SME based in Guildford in a hybrid role requiring 40% office presence. The role focuses on high-quality reporting, stakeholder engagement, and championing AI-enabled process improvements. You will lead offshore relationships and drive automation to improve productivity and controls.

You will mentor peers, shape governance, and promote responsible AI usage across credit activities while delivering timely insights and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in credit management or similar complex environment.
• Strong understanding of credit management processes, controls and reporting.
• Excellent Excel and MS Office skills; able to interpret complex data.

Responsibilities

• Deliver monthly and quarterly credit management reporting to deadlines and quality standards.
• Build relationships with internal/external stakeholders to ensure outputs meet requirements.
• Act as the SME for credit management processes, systems and controls.
• Provide input on process, system and business changes affecting credit activities.
