Allianz Management Services Ltd. is recruiting a Credit Management SME in Guildford. The role blends senior credit expertise with AI-enabled reporting, automation design, and process improvement to drive efficiency and governance across the function.

You will mentor colleagues, manage offshore relationships, and champion safe AI adoption within a hybrid work pattern requiring 40% office presence.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in credit management or similar complex financial/operational environment.
• Strong understanding of credit management processes, controls and reporting requirements.
• Excellent Excel capability and MS Office proficiency.
• Experience interpreting complex financial and operational data for decisions.
• Experience with AI/automation tools in a business context.
• Governance, AI usage policies and data classification knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Deliver monthly and quarterly credit management reporting to deadlines and quality standards.
• Build relationships with internal/external stakeholders to meet requirements.
• Act as subject matter expert for credit management processes, systems and controls.
• Provide input on process, system and business changes affecting credit activities.
• Manage offshore team relationships and monitor KPIs and service delivery.
• Maintain reconciliation processes and control frameworks.
• Mentor colleagues and provide team-leader coverage when needed.
• Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency and accuracy.
• Promote AI and automation use with approved tools; design AI-enabled solutions.
• Drive governance and stakeholder engagement initiatives.
• Coach colleagues on AI prompts and automation opportunities.
