Job summary

Davies in Birmingham is seeking a Pre Lit Credit Hire Validation File Handler to join the Legal team. You will investigate credit hire claims, carry out complex, technical investigations and help prepare cases up to £25,000.

The role is permanent and full time with hybrid working 1 day in the office and 4 days from home. Applicants should have at least 12 months exposure to credit hire, strong IT skills and the ability to plan workloads.

Qualifications

• Experience in credit hire environment is essential.
• Understanding of learning and development best practice.
• Experience in MI and data analysis to identify trends, formulate action plans and deliver.
• Education: GCSEs or equivalent essential; degree preferable.

Responsibilities

• Carry out complex and technical investigations on credit hire claims.
• Investigate claims up to £25,000 in value.
• Follow work processes and keep to Strategy.
• Plan and prioritise workloads.
• Excellent listening and verbal communication skills.
• Good telephone negotiation skills.
• Experience of a Case Management System preferred.
