Job summary

G2 Legal Limited in Manchester City Centre is seeking a Credit Hire Solicitor to manage a litigious caseload from assessment to settlement or trial, with support from experienced colleagues in a leading Legal 500 firm.

You will handle liability and quantum, Part 35/36 matters, negotiations, and instructing counsel. The role requires a solicitor with defendant motor litigation experience; Credit Hire background is preferred, with a willingness to specialise.

Qualifications

• You’ll be a qualified Solicitor with experience in defendant motor litigation and a genuine interest in developing your Credit Hire expertise.
• Credit Hire experience is preferred, but strong defendant litigation experience with a willingness to specialise will also be considered.

Title: Credit Hire Solicitor

Location: Manchester City Centre (Hybrid – 2 Days In-Office)

A leading Legal 500 firm is looking for a Solicitor to join its Manchester office, specialising in defendant Credit Hire litigation.

This is an excellent opportunity to work on high-quality claims for major insurer clients while developing specialist expertise within an established and supportive practice.

About You

You’ll be a qualified Solicitor with experience in defendant motor litigation and a genuine interest in developing your Credit Hire expertise. You’ll be confident managing your own files, commercially minded in your approach and comfortable handling the technical demands of litigation.
