Job summary

Keoghs in Bolton is seeking a Senior Credit Hire Quality Lead to oversee the quality and delivery of work within the Credit Hire teams (Litigation & Pre-Litigation). You will align quality frameworks with the Volume Legal function, drive profitability, and lead a team of Supervisors and Leads to achieve KPI targets and improved client satisfaction.

The role requires over 5 years’ experience in handling claims, leadership experience, and a strong focus on quality, risk management and client care.

Qualifications

• Experience in credit hire claims handling.
• Experience in leadership or supervision.
• Proven track record delivering high-quality client care and profitable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own the quality of work produced in Credit Hire.
• Align quality and risk with the wider Volume Legal teams and drive holistic, commercial delivery.
• Develop and report against KPIs for quality and client care.
• Lead supervisors and case-handling models to improve efficiency and outcomes.
• Identify risks and devise pragmatic, commercial mitigations.
• Support client meetings with Growth/Sales/CAMs and report on performance.
