Job summary

DAC Beachcroft is seeking a Solicitor or CILEx Litigator to join our Vehicle Hire and Damage Team in Birmingham. You will manage a mixed caseload of credit hire and damage claims, handling liability, indemnity and related losses with a practical, commercially aware approach.

This role offers hybrid or remote working, core office days in Birmingham and Newport, and clear opportunities for career progression, professional development and involvement in client training and market insight.

Qualifications

• Experience handling Credit Hire and Damage claims is essential.
• Experience managing a caseload with credit hire or related claims.
• Strong compliance with client SLAs, protocols and KPIs.
• Strong IT skills in Word and Excel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage own caseload of credit hire and damage claims.
• Progress files proactively and meet client expectations.
• Support business development such as client training and events.
• Maintain awareness of firm data security protocols.
