Job summary

Zego is seeking a Credit Hire Claims Handler in the UK to manage a portfolio of credit hire cases, guiding customers back on the road and serving as the main contact. The role requires attention to detail, strong communication, and collaboration with claims, legal, finance, and insurance teams.

You will work in a hybrid setup with offices in central London or Halifax, and benefit from a market-competitive salary and performance bonuses. Experience in insurance or motor claims is desirable.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail in recording case information and identifying discrepancies.
• Strong customer service and professional phone/email communication.
• Clear written and verbal communication with customers and internal teams.
• Ability to work across claims, legal, finance and insurance teams.
• Desirable experience in insurance or motor claims.

Responsibilities

• Caseload management: Own a caseload of credit hire cases from vetting to resolution with accurate records.
• Customer support: Answer queries by phone and email with professionalism.
• Administration: Support PCNs, invoices and related administrative tasks.
• Cross-functional collaboration: Align with claims, legal, finance and insurance teams.
