Job summary

HF is seeking a Litigation Executive to join the Credit Hire team in London or Manchester. This hybrid, permanent role involves managing a caseload of litigated credit hire claims and exposure to high‑value matters, including cases over £50K.

Ideal candidates have about 12 months’ credit hire or insurance sector experience or a law degree with a strong interest in Credit Hire Litigation, plus a proactive, team‑oriented mindset. Hybrid working is available.

Responsibilities

Manage your own caseload of litigated delegated authority credit hire claims (dependent on experience).
Gain exposure to high-value and technically complex credit hire litigation, including cases exceeding £50K.
Work on appeals, fraud matters, and strategic litigation.
Engage directly with insurer clients and help shape litigation strategy.
Contribute to a collaborative, high-performing team committed to delivering excellent results.

What You’ll Be Doing

What do I need?

Ideally 12 months’ experience handling credit hire files or experience within the insurance sector
OR a law degree with a strong interest in Credit Hire Litigation
