Job summary

Decora Blind Systems Ltd in Lisburn is seeking a Credit Controller to manage a busy portfolio across the UK and Ireland. You will drive timely payments, resolve customer queries, and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external customers.

The role is office-based in Lisburn with a 37.5-hour week and potential for occasional home-working after training. A minimum of 2 years in a similar role and a basic accountancy qualification are expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in a similar credit control role.
• Experience with busy commercial credit processes and orders on hold.
• Experience in manufacturing or FMCG environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of UK and Ireland accounts and chase payments within terms.
• Log and resolve customer queries, and build relationships with internal/external stakeholders.
• Monitor credit limits, report on overdue debt, and provide status updates weekly.
• Handle cash and bank lodgements when required.
• Set up new accounts and credit references, and liaise with other departments.
