Qualifications

• Experience as Credit Controller or similar role.
• Experience in chasing payments by phone and email.
• Ability to process and allocate payments accurately.

Responsibilities

• Managing a portfolio of customer accounts
• Monitoring outstanding invoices and chasing overdue payments by telephone and email
• Resolving customer payment and account queries
• Processing and allocating payments accurately
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date account records
• Liaising with internal teams to resolve discrepancies
• Supporting the wider accounts team as required
