Quality Personnel in Milton Keynes is recruiting a Credit Controller on a temporary basis for 8-12 weeks. The role focuses on managing aged debt, negotiating payments, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

You will work closely with the Financial Controller and the finance team to control cash flow, perform credit checks, and ensure accurate accounting of overdue balances. Previous credit control or accounts receivable experience is required.

Qualificações

• At least 1 year's experience in Credit Control or Accounts Receivable.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to negotiate and establish repayment plans.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsabilidades

• Proactively manage aged debt and reduce outstanding balances.
• Contact customers via phone, email and letter to collect payment.
• Negotiate payment terms and set up plans where needed.
• Reconcile customer accounts and ensure accurate debt positions.
• Provide cover for colleagues when required.
