Job summary

SHW in Brighton is seeking a Credit Controller to join the Credit Control team within Property Management Accounts. The role focuses on debt reporting and communicating with customers in arrears, while maintaining up-to-date records and details.

You will provide general Ad-hoc support to PM Accounts and assist with tasks arising from new and existing Property Management instructions. This position is based in Brighton and forms part of the Commercial Management team.

Qualifications

• Experience in providing credit control/accounting support for a variety of portfolios.
• Responsible for debt reports, communication to customers in arrears, maintaining details and up to date records.
• Provide general Ad-hoc support to PM Accounts and help with tasks arising from new & existing Property Management instructions.

Responsibilities

• Manage debt collection activities and prepare debt reports.
• Communicate with customers in arrears to secure payments and negotiate arrangements.
• Maintain accurate customer and portfolio records and support PM Accounts with ad-hoc tasks.
