The role emphasizes accurate reporting, process improvements, and collaboration with Risk, Billing, and Commercial teams to support overall Order-to-Cash efficiency.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years' experience in Credit Control, Collections or Accounts Receivable.
• Experience managing customer accounts across multiple business units, regions or ledgers.
• Strong understanding of credit control processes and cash allocation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder relationship skills.
• Proficient in Excel (Pivot Tables/Filters) and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer accounts across multiple business units, ensuring timely debt collection.
• Chase overdue payments via phone, email and dunning processes.
• Allocate customer payments accurately and promptly; investigate unallocated cash and account queries.
• Negotiate payment plans and manage high-risk accounts.
• Monitor aged debt and drive reductions in overdue balances.
• Prepare KPI reports and management commentary; support audits with documentation.
• Respond to customer and internal queries professionally; collaborate with Risk, Billing, and Commercial teams.
• Identify and implement process improvements.
