• Experience in credit control and debt collection.

• Accurate data entry and record-keeping within finance systems.

Responsibilities

• Contact customers by phone and email regarding outstanding invoices.
• Monitor accounts, maintain credit control records, and allocate payments.
• Investigate invoice/payment queries and escalate as needed.
• Assist with reducing aged debt and improving cash flow.
• Prepare aged debtor reports and maintain notes of communications.
• Support general administrative tasks within the finance function.
